Clay Workshop with Sara Ouhaddou
Participate in a unique workshop with Moroccan artist and multidisciplinary designer Sara Ouhaddou. Each attendee will be guided through the process of creating a small clay object and encouraged to add a unique touch from their homes to the outcome.
This is a 2-hour long workshop with clay. Clay and tools are provided; however, participants are encouraged to bring a cherished object, handcrafted, to add to their outcomes from this workshop.
Sara Ouhaddou lives and works between Morocco and France. She was born in France to a traditional Moroccan family, and this duality has informed a continuous dialogue in her practice. She balances traditional Moroccan art forms and the conventions of contemporary art, aiming to place artistic creation’s forgotten cultural continuities into new perspectives. Each of her works is a project of learning, exchange of knowledge and intimate or universal stories.
