Founder and President of the Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research and beloved scholar, Dr Imam Omar Suleiman, joins us from the USA for a special evening of reflection on the FIFA World Cup 2022. Held for the first time in an Arab and Muslim-majority country, the World Cup has provided an opportunity for cohesion and understanding. Dr Suleiman looks at the uniting power of sports and how our common humanity must be valued above all else.

Dr Omar Suleiman is the Founder and President of the Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research, and an Adjunct Professor of Islamic Studies in the Graduate Liberal Studies Program at SMU (Southern Methodist University).
